Dave Swift
CEO

Mr. Swift has over 25 years experience, including almost a decade in dentistry, helping small and medium-sized product and service businesses utilize strategy, marketing, and business planning to focus their efforts and resources for maximum effectiveness, rapid growth, and profit. Prior to joining Dental Wealth Partners, Mr. Swift founded and ran a leading marketing strategy and practice management consulting firm.

Prior senior management experience includes being President of Impact Network, SVP-Consumer Division of WebLink Wireless, SVP/Chief Marketing Officer of Greyhound Lines, and Marketing Director of Frito-Lay. Mr. Swift began his consumer products career in sales management with Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Swift has been a featured speaker on marketing at annual industry trade shows such as the Consumer Electronics Show, Food Marketing Institute, Direct Marketing Association, and the International Marketing Institute. He has guest lectured on strategic marketing at business schools such as Harvard, Duke, Michigan, SMU, and Stanford. He has been interviewed on various TV and radio programs and has served on the Board of the Promotional Marketing Association of America. Mr. Swift received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University prior to completing PhD core courses at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Stephen Andrews
CFO

A co-founder of Bold Ventures, Mr. Andrews was co-founder and CFO of Geniant, a leading technology management consulting firm, which was sold to EMC Corporation in 2007. Over a period of nine years, Mr. Andrews was responsible for maintaining EBITDA at between 18 – 23% while growing the business from available cashflow. He structured three acquisitions and managed HR, Accounting and Operations.

Prior to Geniant, Mr. Andrews was in charge of Worldwide Product Sales at ObjectSpace where he was responsible for growing revenues 98% in 1996 and 75% in 1997. His background in the financial services sector started with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he provided auditing and management consulting services to major British Corporations such as Grand Metropolitan, Associated British Foods and Virgin. After that, he was responsible for managing an $800M Japanese Fund for NatWest Markets.

His community activities have included representing a member of the House of Lords lobbying Russian Federation Parliament for Human Rights cases, and opening a food kitchen in Moscow.

Mr. Andrews was educated at Durham University, one of Britain’s Ivy League collegiate universities. He was awarded with a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating with honor.

Delores Averitt
Vice-President Practice Management Services

Delores Averitt brings 25+ years experience in dentistry that can be applied to client practices to increase dentists’ income and reduce their stress. Ms. Averitt has extensive experience working with hundreds of dental practices the last decade identifying and resolving operational, case acceptance, and leadership issues that held dentists back.

Ms. Averitt gained experiences in dentistry that uniquely qualify her to help dentists optimize their practice operations today by managing a large private practice, operating a successful private dental assisting school while developing curricula for both front desk and chairside training, and chairing the ACCSC board for technical schools. For the last ten years she has developed and delivered practice management consulting nationwide.

“As a consultant, I take the greatest pride in my record of increasing the net income of dental practices for over 10 years. The reward is in the results – by increasing revenues and reducing stress it allows us to make dental offices an extremely “happy” environment.” Utilizing a very “hands-on” training approach, she has thousands of hours in dental offices teaching advanced techniques in scheduling via a reservation system, case presentation and closing, financial arrangements, and verbal skills.

Ms. Averitt makes the job of each dental team member easier, more fun and profitable… and gets to laugh a lot! Brian Choate
Vice-President Financial Services

Mr. Choate has an extensive background and over ten years experience providing lending services to dentists. Most recently, he was Founder of Choate Capital Services where he represented dentist’s interests while sourcing the best loans available for equipment and practice purchase and re-finance. saving dentists tens of thousands of dollars in interest expense. Prior dental lending experience and expertise was developed while working at GE Capital and HPSC.

Mr. Choate received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
